Exchange & Return Policy
At Noor Jahan, our customers are our utmost priority. Please refer to our straightforward exchange and refund policies below. Our customer care team is always ready to assist you throughout the process.
Refund Policy
We offer a refund policy within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed after deducting a 10% handling fee or excluding delivery charges (If paid) or alternatively you can obtain voucher of full amount for next purchase whenever you want to use it (excluding delivery charges). Also, COD parcels are not refundable. Only bank transfers or card payments are eligible for refunds. Please ensure that the item is unused, with all tags intact, and proof of purchase is provided. Refunds are not applicable on discounted or sale items.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility Any article purchased from Noor Jahan can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused.
- All tags are intact.
- The original packaging is in place.
- Proof of purchase is presented.
Proof of Purchase Proof of purchase includes the original receipt or online order confirmation email.
Conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are only accepted if the article is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. If you have received a defective, incorrect, or wrong-sized item, please provide proof for verification. Home articles and luxury items must be returned in their original packaging for exchanges. Please note that items purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange.
Online Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at support@noorjahan.pk or call us or WhatsApp at 03000225587. Provide all required information, and if the conditions for exchange are met, we will provide your CRN (Customer Return Number) then you are responsible to post the goods back to us on below address;

But in case the goods are faulty or send out the wrong size or product we will be responsible to pick from you for exchange or refund. (in case of faulty item we will refund full amount including shipping charges)
The online exchange process usually takes 7-10 days after verification. For in-store exchanges, customers must present the original invoice and ensure all tags are intact on the purchased item.
Return Process Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged items delivered by Noor Jahan. To initiate a return request:

- Provide the necessary details and proof of purchase.
- We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your location.
- Upon verification of the returned item(s), we will issue a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable for online purchases only.
