You can make changes to your order before completing checkout. If you have already placed the order, call us or WhatsApp at 03000225587, and we will assist you. Please note, changes cannot be made if the order has already been dispatched.

5. Can I add item or make changes to my existing order?
You can contact our Customer Service at 03000225587 to request changes to your order within 24 hours of order placement, given that the order has not been processed. Alternatively, you can request cancellation of your entire order and place a new one.

1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed before 10 AM (Monday-Friday) are dispatched within 1-2 working days. However, for some items, delivery may take 3-5 working days due to stock availability.
2. How will my parcel be delivered?
We deliver through trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopards, and Trax. Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
3. Can I have my items delivered to an address other than my home address?
Yes, you can. Please ensure you choose the option for a different delivery address while placing the order.
4. What if I miss the delivery attempt by the courier?
The courier will attempt delivery and notify you via text message. If the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to us within 24 hours. For re-delivery, please contact us at 03000225587.
5. I need the items urgently for a special occasion. Can you expedite my order?
Currently, we cannot expedite delivery as the minimum delivery time is 3-5 working days. Please call us at 03000225587for delivery-related instructions before placing your order.
6. Can I ship my order to international location?
Yes, you can ship to outside of Pakistan but you have to bear the international shipping charges which may vary on prior.
7. Can I get a Saturday delivery?
No, unfortunately we do not offer this currently.

We accept payments through the following methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
2. Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Yes, sales tax will be applied in compliance with local regulations.
3. Is there any advance payment required for COD?
No, you need to pay the full amount in cash once your order is delivered to you. For COD orders of a large amount, our Customer Care team may contact you for verification before your order is dispatched.
4. Can I pay COD with cheque?
We only accept cash for COD.
5. Do you store my payment information?
We do not store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely, ensuring your safety.
6. How will I get refund if I cancelled my order paid by card?
You will be offered a coupon voucher against your order value if you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, given that the order hasn’t been dispatched. However, in cases where the ordered items are unavailable we will offer a refund which can take up to 15 working days to process as per bank policy.
1. What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase after deducting a 10% handling fee. In case items are faulty while received, you have to contact our customer services immediately to log your complaint to obtain refund. 2. Can I exchange my order?
Any article purchased online can be exchanged from our store as well as online within 30 days after the article has been delivered, given that the article is unused, all tags are intact, and the original invoice is present. Also, customer will bear the return cost for any exchanged items. Please note, sale/discounted items can not be exchanged.
3. Are there any additional charges for online exchange orders?
No, there are no additional charges for any exchange order.
4. What is your exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unused, with tags intact, and accompanied by the original receipt.
5. What if there is difference in the price between the articles that I want to exchange?
In cases where the exchange order value is below the original order value, the balance amount will be provided to you as a credit voucher which can be used on our online store only. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can pay in cash at the time of delivery. To make a partial exchange, call customer service at 03000225587 and specify the articles you wish to exchange, and our team will help you with the process.
